Sorting and handling

Sorting and handling are an outcome of the inspection process. Mapex Inspection has systems for handling and sorting a variety of containers.

Sorting criteria can include size, shape, colour, height, diameter, marking or any combination of these factors. Mapex Inspection has the technology and experience to design sorting solutions for primary and secondary containers.

Our handling systems include conveyors for presentation or accumulation of packages. It also includes rejection/diversion mechanisms to remove or divert specified packages from the production flow. Our range of standard devices is suitable for both controlled and high speed product handling.
