ELM

Mapex ELM (Entry Level Machine) is designed to provide the simplest user interface. It has a standard bi-colour LED indication where green = good and red = fail.

The ELM configuration can be used as a stand-alone device, or can operate as a remote module in a networked system covering a production line.

The ELM platform can also be supplied with optional counters to provide simple performance information.

Designed initially for use with simple fill level control systems the ELM is a useful platform for other inspection functions.

It can also be used as a module in a daisy chain of Mapex Inspection production line equipment. This allows data to be collated from several different points in the production process.

Please note that some advanced inspection / sorting functions will not operate on an ELM platform.
