Label Damage Detection

Using advanced inspection algorithms it is possible to detect damage to labels.

This can be used to detect a single defect, or can be used to assess the cumulative impact of multiple small defects. IE an single 2mm x 2mm defect might represent an inspection failure, but also so will 4 separate defects of 1mm x 1mm cumulatively.

Label damage detection can often be achieved using the same camera equipment which will also confirm presence and placement.
