Container orientation inspection

Mapex Inspection is experienced in the detection of bottle features to provide and confirm orientation.

Even when bottles are asymmetrical or decorated, labels still need to be applied to the correct face to protect brand identity. We supply orientation tools to confirm that labels are being placed on the correct face.

We also supply tools to confirm that such bottles will enter the packaging machine correctly by interfacing with labeller servo platforms.
