Filler valve monitoring
The results are an invaluable management tool. A 0.6% overall reject rate may seem acceptable until it is expressed as a 100% failure on one valve of a 165 head filler. Identification of such a rogue valve can provide targeted user maintenance. The monitoring software can be customised, thus in instances where a rinser, a filler and/or a capper are close coupled it is possible to provide targeted information and sampling through the entire path.
