Decoration

Mapex Inspection provides tools which confirm correct decoration, protecting brand identity and image. This encompasses all manner of decoration not addressed under label inspection and includes cartouche, colour, special offers, inserts and collars.

For example decorative aspects of a container may be inspected to ensure orientation i.e. glass embossing can be used to orientate bottles in a servo platform labeller prior to labelling.

This is done using a camera array that detects specific features and ensures containers conform to specification.
