Ensuring that correct caps and closures have been applied correctly and rejecting failed containers minimises product wastage and prevention of contamination to the packaging line.

Mapex Inspection offers a range of equipment to automatically confirm the integrity of caps and closures. Mapex Inspection equipment is also used at various stages of the cap manufacturing process.

All inspections come with user configurable line control outputs (not on ELM platform) for consecutive and/or high % reject rates.
