High quality inspection at the various stages of cap manufacture; or closure component manufacture; can improve overall quality but also reduce wastage rates.

Mapex Inspection have proven installations detecting defects <1mm in the manufacturing and decorating processes at full line speeds.

As well as helping to control critical cap dimensions, detect damage, inspect decoration we can identify defects such as broken bridges.
