We are pleased to be able to offer the advanced digital video archive 2020 Hindsight systems from Monitoring Technology Corporation in USA. The Hindsight family of camera systems are ideal for fault finding in fast moving production environments. A high speed digital video camera is used to capture images of the production line.

Hindsight was developed as a tool to continuously record operations, allowing replay of specific events in slow motion. With Hindsight, you can point a camera at a suspected problem area and walk away. In the event of a problem, scroll though the video and replay the event in slow motion. Causes of problems can be rapidly diagnosed preventing future issues. Hindsight takes the guesswork out of machine troubleshooting.

Hindsight has extensive references in Food & Beverage, Automotive, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals and more.

There are three Hindsight variants allowing users to record at frame rates from 10 images per second to >1000 per second with recording periods spanning in excess of 10 days if necessary. Hindsight can be integrated with Mapex Inspection products to automatically archive footage of an event triggered by the inspection equipment.

Tremendous success selling bar code validation systems to ensure that correct barcodes are present and readable on all levels of packaging.

In 2006 Mapex Inspection have been confirming various barcode formats at label, bottle, can, carton, case and pallet level on water, soft drinks, confectionery, foodstuffs and spirits. As market logistics increasingly demand “right first time” from packaging companies, so the importance of ensuring that correct barcodes are present and readable on all levels of packaging is being recognised by the packaging operation. Mapex Inspection can offer stand-alone barcode validation; or it can be added as a module to an existing inspection system.

Same address, different site

As you may have noticed, our site wasn’t available for a month or so. This was due to circumstances beyond our control… However, we’re back with a fresh new look – we hope you like it.

It was designed, written and built in just over a month by QCWebsites Ltd, a company based near us in Malvern.
